設置理念

國家運動訓練中心，以舉國之力進行建設，帶著「為國家培養足以站上世界舞台的頂尖運動人才」等強烈而明確的目標，其中包含著對運動卓越表現的追求、對運動精神的發揚，以及國家的榮耀感。透過公共藝術設置，彰顯國家運動訓練中心精神，也成為單位人員與選手的心靈提示。
運動員的卓越表現，需要各式各樣的條件，其中訓練環境是非常重要的環節，提供運動員安全的環境、適當的器具以及專業的訓練內容，而運動員在這樣的環境當中，所表現的是對於重複、無止盡的訓練之耐力，以及堅持不懈，奮發不斷的積極心態。透過公共藝術的設置，表現「十年磨一劍」的精神，也提示選手免於操之過急的心情。
國家運動訓練中心與一般運動場所或訓練場地之不同，在於所培養的對象，都是以世界作為競技舞台的一流選手，更以世界頂尖作為目標。因此藝術作品應當彰顯如此不甘平庸、追求卓越的奮鬥精神，提示選手運動之初心，也不斷點燃其熱情。
公共藝術設置，乃是透過視覺效果來改變空間氛圍，國家運動訓練中心不同於一般場所，甚至不同於一般運動場所，乃全國頂尖的專業訓練之所在，故透過公共藝術凝練場所氛圍，讓中心不僅美化更讓單位人員與選手的心思凝聚、集中，深刻的精神凝聚，即為最深刻的文化景觀，視覺與精神在此交融。

It expresses “Persistence is the key to success.” through the public art.
The National Sports Training Center cultivates world-class elite athletes. Therefore, public artworks should demonstrate the spirit of pursuing excellence, the original intention of athletes in sports, and ignite their enthusiasm.
Public arts change the atmosphere of the Center through visual effects. The National Sports Training Center is the country’s top professional training venue. Through public art, the atmosphere of the place is created and the environment is beautified. The minds of personnel and athletes can be concentrated. The most profound cultural landscape, vision and spirit are gathered here.

創作理念

Using copper, lacquer and ore pigments as the main creative materials, ten dynamic and cheerful dolls, after being designed, are hung from the restaurant entrance to welcome every athlete and guest who came to the restaurant. The doll is made of cast copper and then painted with unique lacquer and mineral

The bright but not colorful colors are gently integrated into the atmosphere of the restaurant, you will be welcomed by the cheerful art dolls, training in the country not only feel the vitality of the heart of the gas field, pleasant atmosphere of joy, not only for food satiety of the body, the more satisfied the soul.

創作理念

台灣梅花鹿、台灣山羊所構成，以台灣茂盛的樹林樣態作為創作來源。

一樣樹的生長可成為一個小型的動植物生態系，帶來環境的美好，也給予了動植物一個庇蔭下的棲身之所。除此之外，樹木更給予新鮮的芬多精循環，以及舒適的視覺療癒，而開枝散葉的樹林更意味著堅定、生生不息、人才源源不絕的祝福。

然而，運動具每日的肌耐力訓練，就是要創造更好的優越成績，相信每位運動員內心均有沉重的破紀錄壓力，因此，作品「森多多」系列畫作採用低明度的綠色系，能給予人們安全和穩定的氛圍，生態系的作品更有療癒和撫慰人心的功能，動物的萌樣，更能觸動人們對可愛事物陶醉的共鳴，達到情境轉換的心情放鬆功能。
