創作理念

作品以水的流動和循環意象，來演繹「人和水」的故事。從水珠、水流和水循環-「水的旅行」概念來展現高雄市臨海水資源中心對於創造水資源活化與再生的專業使命。人們在川流的作品空間中;也在川流的步行時間中享受與水相伴的性靈、生命之旅。同時也實現本公共藝術「以人為本、環境共融、與時俱進、社區共享」的美好願景。

Using the imagery of water flowing and circulating, this echoes the Kaohsiung Linhai Wastewater Treatment Plant’s water activation and regeneration. The core interest of this work is to create a poetic façade to tell the story of “Travelling Water” and invite visitors to enjoy the theater-like atmosphere.
Within this artwork, People can be amongst it and enjoy the journey of nature and life with water in the synchronized time from it as well. At the same time, this public art also realizes the wonderful vision of “people-oriented, environmental integration, keeping abreast of the times, and community sharing”.

「光之雕塑」的特色,使作品一方面具有「地標意象」和「場域記憶」的特徵辨識度，其美感風情、視覺效果亦將日夜陪伴、輝映，爲園區生活增添亮麗繽紛的藝術人文風采。

The features of the “Sculpture of Light” give the artwork both the recognizability of a “landmark symbol” and the memory of a specific place. Its aesthetic charm and visual effects accompany and shine day and night, adding a vibrant and artistic touch to the life of the park.
