規劃理念

創意行動邀請對「藝術參與社區」具 長期實踐經驗的藝術家李怡志和崔綵珊，運用生態行動以及民眾參與共創之方式，發展臨時性裝置作品以及演出。「海洋文藝復興」李怡志聚焦於大漁旗之文化、記憶以及技藝的保存與應用;崔綵珊則對應「身態採集」，關注地方文化、生活習性與身體記憶之關係。

The creative actions invite artists Li Yizhi and Cui Caishan, both with extensive experience in “art engagement with the community,” to utilize ecological actions and collaborative participation from the public to develop temporary installation pieces and performances.

In “Marine Arts Renaissance,” Li Yizhi focuses on preserving the culture, memories, and craftsmanship associated with the fishing culture, while Cui Caishan’s “Body Gesture Collection” explores the relationship between local culture, daily life habits, and bodily memories.

創作理念

The transformation of daily activities in Yancheng District into performance material involves the active participation of residents in the filming of a formal video production in the Da Gou Ding neighborhood, which serves as both a record and promotional material for the complete performance.

Regular rehearsals take place within the Yancheng District Evergreen Academy and extend into the marketplace for dress rehearsals and location scouting. Through video capture, the everyday labor of businesses in the Da Gou Ding area and New Music Street is documented. This footage is then used to create audiovisual elements for the participatory performance. Interviews and documentation serve as invitations to involve residents in the project and performance, transforming their daily work into elements of the exhibition.

The collected footage from the field and the inclusion of residents in warm-up performances result in a blend of everyday life and improvisational storefront exhibitions. With the aid of photographic documentation, each performance is layered and simultaneously presented in the district, creating a collective memory and visual residue.

本計畫「漁音：大漁的祝旗」以旗津為起點，邀請漁村耆老吟唱港邊文化的音樂，如數鰻調、漁栽 (苗)歌、牽罟調， 或漁村褒等收集在地漁歌、故事，將村職人傳唱的方謠常民金曲結為高雄海 線的聲音紀錄。過程與專業樂人合作，製旗津地 方記憶專輯 ，並設計專輯唱本與封面。 藝術家同時溯採集漁事記憶及地方音樂跨域疆界，以河港古調和鱸鰻傳說為基礎，轉化圖像、文字以漁旗糊染技藝創作共計 16 +2 面，每幅高 120 公分、寬 90 公分之漁旗組圖作品「音」， 公分之漁旗組圖作品「音」， 其中 16 幅應用在臨時性裝置藝術《洄音鰻波》， 幅應用在臨時性裝置藝術《洄音鰻波》， 2幅應用在藝 術推廣計畫課程 使用。 本計畫強調通過藝術進駐，與在地元素和居民互動後發展出共創形式的藝術作品。此次進駐計劃，亦將與臨時性裝置結合以空間的手法構成整個裝置皮層與行走性觀看。

This project, “Fisherman’s Song: Blessing Flag for a Great Catch,” originates in Qijin and invites elderly villagers to sing the music of coastal culture, such as eel-catching tunes, rice-planting songs, net-pulling melodies, and fishing village praise songs. It collects local fishing songs and stories, weaving them into a sonic tapestry celebrating the sounds of Kaohsiung’s coastline. Throughout the process, collaborations with professional musicians result in the creation of a Qijin-specific memory album, complete with songbooks and cover designs.

Simultaneously, the artist delves into the memories of fishing activities and local music, transcending boundaries. Drawing inspiration from ancient river melodies and legends about sea bass and eels, the artist transforms images and text using the fish flag dyeing technique to create a total of 16 + 2 pieces of flag art. Each flag art piece measures 120 cm in height and 90 cm in width. Sixteen of these are applied in the temporary installation art piece “Whirlpool Sound Wave,” while two are used in an art promotion program course.

This project emphasizes the development of co-creative art forms after interacting with local elements and residents through artistic residency. The residency program is also combined with temporary installations to create layers of artistic expression within the space, offering a dynamic and interactive viewing experience.
