規劃理念
海洋文化及流行音樂中心——即高雄流行音樂中心，近期已在美麗的高雄港灣開幕，開啟流行音樂與海洋的華麗饗宴。高雄身為海港城市，與港口、海洋的連結緊密而深厚。從高山傾瀉而下的溪水奔流入海，各式各樣的資源再由海港傳遞至内陸，大高雄地區山跟海的關係，從生計到生活，滲透到土地與人情的點點滴滴。曾為世界第三大港的高雄港，持續推動著高雄的經濟脈動，也影響著人文風貌。本次「海洋文化及流行音樂中心公共藝術 計畫」，以「聲態·生態新浪潮」為題，結合策展及跨域藝術家們，帶來創意行動、藝術推廣計劃、專題論壇、臨時性裝置 藝術以及表演活動。活動範圍橫跨大高雄38個行政區，從最南端的林園，西北的茄萣、湖內，再到東北的桃源、那瑪夏，將藝術的能量如同聲波擴散到全高雄市。
The Ocean Culture and Pop Music Center, also known as the Kaohsiung Pop Music Center, has recently opened in the beautiful Kaohsiung Harbor, ushering in a splendid fusion of pop music and the ocean.
Kaohsiung, as a coastal city, has a close and profound connection with its port and the ocean. The streams rushing down from the mountains flow into the sea, and a variety of resources are transported from the harbor to the inland areas. The relationship between the mountains and the sea in the Greater Kaohsiung area permeates every aspect of life, from livelihoods to the local culture, leaving an indelible mark. The former third-largest port in the world, Kaohsiung Harbor, continues to drive the economic pulse of Kaohsiung and shapes its cultural identity.
The “Public Art Project of the Ocean Culture and Pop Music Center” with the theme “Soundscapes · Ecological New Wave” combines curatorial efforts and collaborations with interdisciplinary artists to bring creative initiatives, art promotion programs, thematic forums, temporary installation art, and performance events. The activities span across all 38 administrative districts of Greater Kaohsiung, from the southernmost Lin Yuan to the northwest in Qieding and Hunei, and further northeast to Taoyuan and Namaxia, spreading the energy of art like sound waves throughout the entire city of Kaohsiung.
洄音鰻波｜echoing eel wave
創作理念
《洄音鰻波》在《洄身》的結構基礎上，結合藝術家李怡志及山津場團隊在工作坊與學員共同製作的大漁旗，以及在旗津採集的漁音，延伸本案在不同支線的參與足跡，使得 《洄音鰻波》在這樣的前提下不只是美化空間的藝術作品，同時是民眾參與的結晶與展演平台、音樂表演舞台，更是整個專案中最具象徵意義的重點之一。
“echoing eel wave,” builds upon the structural foundation of “Whirlpool Body.” It combines the efforts of artist Li Yizhi and the Shanjin team, along with the collaborative creation of a large fishing flag by workshop participants. Additionally, it incorporates the collected sounds of fishing from Cijin Island, extending the involvement of the project into different branches.
In this context, “Whirlpool Sound Wave” is not just an art piece beautifying the space but also a manifestation of public participation and a platform for exhibition. It serves as a stage for music performances and is one of the most emblematic focal points of the entire project.
