規劃理念

邀請高雄在地樂團／表演者，於《洄音鰻波》藝術裝置上的舞台，在周末的傍晚時分與高雄民眾一起共舞。

Inviting local bands/performers in Kaohsiung to dance together with the citizens during the weekend evenings on the stage of the “Echoing Eel Wave” art installation.
