《跨越》：地標性區域
做為意象，來自於東方社會兼容並蓄的傳統，將建築的東方語彙以現代辭語再現做為形式，以”橫”的意象對應於建築的高聳直立做為符碼，意謂著建築時程跨越世紀之交，意謂著金融概念跨越東西方文化，意謂著藝術形式跨越本土與國際的界線。
Crossing：Landmark Area
As an image, it draws inspiration from the inclusive traditions of Eastern societies, reinterpreting the architectural Eastern vocabulary in modern terms. The horizontal imagery corresponds to the towering verticality of the building as a symbol, signifying the architectural timeline spanning the turn of the century. It implies that the concept of finance transcends both Eastern and Western cultures and that artistic forms cross the boundaries between local and international.

臺北之愛 台灣之愛｜LOVE
創作理念
作品設置於全球商務人仕穿梭往來的金融塔樓前，以舉世共通的語彙「愛」，拆除東西文化、種族、本土與國際的藩籬，彷彿發聲祈祝舉世和平、共榮。
This work is placed in front of the Tower building,people passing by will share the signals it spreads out:love and peace without cultural or racial apartheid.

深思中國傳統「陰」、「陽」概念，來自德國的Rebecca Horn巧妙運作機械動力原理傳遞她的心得：鏡面為「陰」，望遠鏡為「陽」，以動力驅策陰陽幻化，彼此對焦、映照、相生，從而與觀者、環境衍繹出一篇篇意涵無盡的對話。

星月交輝｜The Rising Sun-The Shooting Stars
創作理念
松廉路的端景，「星月交輝」蛋形水景隨松廉路斜坡而下，四邊坡度各自隨著蛋形的中心偏位而有所不同，噴水淌淌而下，也各成效果。水景上端直徑90公分的花崗石圓球隨著水流旋轉躍動，形成水景的動態。
An egg-shape waterscape occupying the gentle slope on Sung-Red Road,water forms different floes along the angles the leaning egg-shaped fountain creates,On the top,a 90cm-diameter granite ball rolls as water whirls.Around the egg,water jets light up the night.The waterscape formed by a three-dimensional granite assemblage,of human height and proportioned to create a congenial atmosphere that puts pedestrians at ease.A wind speed sensor is included to turn dowm the jet power during windy times.

在人如潮湧的購物中心前，Jill Watson以一個外來者的眼光，貼近觀察、捕捉臺北都會人的神韻。三座人物塑像，刻意提示著生活的閒情逸致以及家庭的溫馨；作品人物的動態，牽引偌大的戶外空間隨之律動，稀釋掉商業重鎮與繁忙交通的緊崩焦慮，彷彿提醒著我們：『嘿，慢下來慢下來，這街角，你看，處處好風景』。
At the crowded outdoor plaza of the Shopping center , artist Jill Waston has expression of people in Taipei with her sharp powers of observation.Her sculptures of three family members change the tune of a busy metropolis, reminding us:” Hey , slow down,enjoy the scenery”.

八個半球體組成大圓，「天地之間」象徵宇宙的無限輪迴與萬物的不息傳承，也是對古中國文明「八卦」、「天圓地方」等說法的他類呈現，記錄了Ariel Moscovici對東方文明的傾心孺慕。

烙印於塔樓入口的虔敬祝福。「印信」以「九疊文」入畫，重重疊疊如古錢幣的積累，外圍文字為「漸晉、咸升、臨豐、履泰、師乾、觀震、謙益、恒頤」，中央鎮以「永寶」，九宮格構圖彷彿吟詠著高昇、得財、福泰、開鴻圖的深厚蘊意；這件宏觀大器的作品，不僅祝福著建築物、使用者、觀者，也具象描繪了企業主「誠信」為基石的立業意念。
A seal on the Tower Building entrance is inscribed with layers of pious blessing charatcers “promotion, progress, abundance, well being, modesty,persistence and learning from the moves of nature.”This seal brings good wishes to the suers and the viewers of the building and assures the integrity of the businesses.

This work gathers music,water,light,choreography,and people’s laughter.
A 1750cm long,750cm wide fountain features two giant dragons on the stone ground. The two dragons are playing with the round light between them.Two hundred electronic nozzles under the bodies of the dragons plus twenty-five large nozzles and seventy-eight programmed lights in the round center light create magic water dances, inviting you join the party.
You won’t grow tired playing at this fountain all day long even if you are soaked. Among the surrounding buildings, governmental administrative centers, shopping centers and hotels , the radial avenues of this fountain vie for the public’s attention.
